It's nice to have you with us. You've probably noticed that folks seem to get along a lot better
together if they know what's expected of them, so we put together a list to help us all.
We are proud of our Marina and Campground and need your support and cooperation in keeping them in good condition! Thank you!
PARKING: Please park in the space assigned to you. Parking in the street is prohibited.
SPEED LIMIT is 5 miles per hour. MOTORCYCLES MOTORBIKES: Use is limited to incoming and outgoing traffic. Licensed drivers only.
BICYCLES: All guests riding bicycles in the Park must wear a helmet.
CONDUCT: You are responsible for the conduct and observance of Park rules by all members and guests in your party.
PETS: Maximum pets: 2. Pets are accepted but must be kept quiet at all times. When outside the RV unit they must be on a leash.
Pets are not allowed in buildings at any time. Barking dogs will not be tolerated and a pet that bothers others is not welcome.
Pets are to be walked with a leash. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to clean up after their pet. No pets allowed on the beach or at the porch.
LAUNDRY: Laundry is not permitted to be hung outside RV units.
RV AND VEHICLE WASHING is prohibited.
GARBAGE: Garbage must be sealed securely and placed in provided dumpsters.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 P.M. to 8 A.M.
CHECK OUT POLICY: If you stay beyond 1:00 PM., you will be charged for another day.
FIRES: All open fires must be at least 25' from any vehicle or propane tank AND up off the grass at least 12". No fires on the grass.
CANCELLATIONS: There will be a $5.00 Service Charge per site for any cancellation made prior to 24 hours of camp date.
If you don’t call 24 hours in advance of your due date or you don't show at all, you will be charged the full amount for all sites booked,
and for all nights booked.
RESTROOMS: We lock our restrooms at 8 P.M. Sunday through Thursday and at 11 P.M. Friday and Saturday.
SITES: All Sites are back-in sites.
RESPONSIBILITY: We are not responsible for any loss or incident whether accidental or intentional on Park grounds.
PROHIBITED: Firearms, BB guns, air guns, slingshots and bows and arrows are not allowed in the Park.
PLEASE respect the privacy of your neighbor camper.
NO acts shall be committed which shall place the owner or management in violation of any law or ordinance of City, County or State.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time.
